By The Sea Resorts, LLC Purchases The Shrimp Boat

By The Sea Resorts is pleased to announce their recent acquisition of the Shrimp Boat Restaurant, located in the Historic St. Andrews Bay District. “We are extremely pleased to be joining the community of St. Andrews.” states President Jose Gallego. “We look forward to updating the Shrimp Boat and offering additional dining options for the community.”

The Shrimp Boat Restaurant will boast a new menu featuring exclusively designed Gulf Coast fare, presented by Executive Chef, Larry Eppler. The Restaurant will be open for Lunch and Dinner seven days a week, year-round. Gracie Rays will be redesigned as Barefoot on the Bay, joining the company’s Barefoot Restaurants Group. Barefoot on the Bay will continue to provide staple menu items such as Oysters, Wings, and Fried Seafood baskets. Nightly, live entertainment will continue to be ongoing, and dockside parking for boats will be available for dine in, and carry out. Barefoot on the Bay is located behind The Shrimp Boat Restaurant, and can be accessed from either side of the building.

Private banquet and catering options are now available in the 1,800 square-foot St. Andrews Room, located on the second floor of the Shrimp Boat Restaurant. The House of Bourbon will reopen to the public soon, and will also be available for private Receptions and events.
