Tracy Heitzig has resided in Florida for 10 years and has more than 20 years of hotel management experience. Her hotel experience encompasses management positions in both public relations and marketing and sales, and includes being director of operations for a Caribbean resort. Tracy currently oversees social, military, government, educational, religious and fraternal meetings and events.
Tricia Petty joined the sales team at the Resort Collection in October 2010. With nine years of experience in the hospitality industry, Tricia has a vast range of experience in sales and marketing. Tricia is responsible for groups with less than 25 room-nights, associations, and tour group markets.
