The Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center in Panama City Beach would like to invite the community to an Open House on Wednesday, Nov. 1 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The center recently moved into a new larger space in the same building and offers comprehensive adult and pediatric rehabilitation programs led by certified, expert physical, occupational and speech therapists.
Guests will have the opportunity to tour the new expanded facility complete with state-of-the-art equipment, five private treatment rooms, two pediatric gyms and an expansive adult gym. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served.
The center now offers specialty services for lymphedema with a certified lymphedema specialist as well as a pediatric feeding program with a Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) certified pediatric speech therapist. Our pediatric therapists provide specialized, rehabilitative therapy to children of all ages whose development is interrupted by an injury or a disability.
The rehabilitation center’s new LSVT therapy program is led by a certified speech-language therapist and certified physical therapist who work with Parkinson’s disease patients using the LSVT Loud and LSVT Big therapies which work to improve speech and movement function. The center is dedicated to restoring patients to a high quality lifestyle through sound treatments and patient education.
