VBA Design, Inc. Hires New Employee

VBA Design, Inc. is proud to introduce Emily Thomasee as our newest addition to our team. Emily will perform the duties of Architect Intern as she continues the process to obtain her Architectural License with the State of Florida.

Emily is a 2010 graduate of Florida A & M University with a Master of Architecture. While attending FAMU, she maintained a cumulative GPA of 4.0. She also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Studies from FAMU in 2008, and an Associates in Arts from Gulf Coast Community College in 2006. Emily’s previous work experience includes Innovations Federal Credit Union as Head Financial Services Representative/Loan Officer, Element 5 Studio as a Short-Term Contract Intern, FAMU as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Collins and Associates as an Architectural Intern.

While at Florida A & M University, Emily served as treasurer of “The Blueprint” newsletter, the student run newsletter for the University. While at Gulf Coast Community College she made the President’s List and Dean’s List, and was active in the college’s Technology & Engineering Club and Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society.

Emily is a great addition to our staff, and we look forward to working with her on current and future projects with a focus on the needs and desires of our clients! VBA Design, Inc., where we are “Designing a Better Experience”.
