    Administrative Assistant
    This position is part time and pay depends on experience.
    Duties: Billing, Filing, Answering phones, Various clerical tasks
    Job Description:
    The office assistant position will mainly be responsible for keeping up with billing and ensuring client payments are up to date. Phone calls or emails may be necessary to remind clients of unpaid invoices. Light filing every week will also be required and other various office tasks may be required, such as answering phones, printing plans and reports, and keeping inventory of office supplies for the purpose of restocking, etc.
