You will report to our Senior Web Developer and work closely with our in-house creative team and other staff led by our Creative Director. You’ll also work with clients and vendor relationships including SE Ranking, Google and other digital providers. Your work will include website maintenance and support, dev ops tasks like server management, SEO, ADA optimization and client support, with continued training in front end programming of websites, banner ads and digital assets.

Website programming including usability, performance, accessibility, and search engine optimization enhancements within a monthly maintenance budget.
Website content management including new website content migration, and existing website maintenance using a CMS such as WordPress.
Website statistics monitoring and reporting using Google Analytics to understand the complete marketing cycle from creative concept to customer conversion.
Search Engine Optimization techniques using 3rd party tools and reporting techniques.
Communication and CMS training with clients as needed.
Frameworks and tools such as Bootstrap, Bulma, jQuery, Vue, Laravel, and webpack.
Command line tools like Git, SSH, Composer, and NPM.
Industry-standard Integrated Development Environments and text editors.
Assist team with new website programming as needed.
Digital and YouTube ad development using Google Web Designer and some video editing using Adobe Premier.
Utilize programs our design team uses including Adobe XD, Illustrator and photoshop to transition design to programmed HTML documents and applications.

COMPENSATION – Commensurate with experience
401K Employee Savings & Investing Program – eligible after 250hrs worked in 90 Days.
All regular full-time employees receive a monthly Healthcare contribution of $200 per month to be directed to the plan of employee’s choosing.
All regular full-time employees accrue vacation leave from the date of hire, for a total of 7 days (56 hours) per year for year one of employment, 10 days (80 hours) per year for years 2-5 of employment, 15 days (120 hours) for Year 6-9 of employment, and 20 days (160 hours) for years 10+ of employment.
All regular full-time employees accrue personal leave from the date of hire, for a total of 5 days (40 hours) per year.
All regular full-time employees receive nine (9) paid company holidays including Christmas x2, Thanksgiving x2, New Year’s, Easter or Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Reimbursement of 57.5 cents per mile (adjusted annually to federal rate) for business miles driven in personal vehicle, such as to client appointments. Does not apply to commute to office.
