Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Panama City Beach

The position of Assistant Manager is a working position. The role includes daily laundry attending, as well as overseeing employees and ensuring all protocols and procedures are followed. This includes but is not limited to:

-Core Values – all employees must abide by the Core Values of Gulf Coast Laundry Services (GCLS).
-Laundry attendance – wash, dry, fold and package linens.
-Oversee all employees to ensure consistent productivity.
-Enter all information required in the LinenMaster system.
-Keep daily logs for all customers.
-Maintain good communication with the entire team.
-Keep all GCLS vehicles in good working order, including performing regular maintenance.
-Keep all GCLS equipment in good working order, including performing regular maintenance.
