    Job Description
    If you’re looking for Part Time work, this position might be perfect for you. We are looking for an individual to canvas Panama City Beach and the surrounding areas to secure new business for our Collections division. Hudson Management Services Collections is a division of Hudson Management Services. Our Collections Division opened in 2017. HMS is celebrating 26 years of “Partnering for Success” with our clients. Our company has incorporated cutting edge technology that has expanded our existing suite of services and allowed us to design successful collections programs. This role will consist of making outbound calls to secure solid appointments that you will attend in person to secure a new collection business. You will also make outbound calls to secure unpaid debts for clients.

    Responsibilities
    Our Collection Representatives:
    Confidence in your ability to schedule and attend face to face meetings to secure new collection accounts
    Develop tools to be used during face to face meetings (PPoint; brochures, etc.)
    Represent businesses in a professional manner
    Provide outstanding customer service
    Motivate and guide customers through the collections process
    Educate customers on available payment options
    Discuss sensitive financial situations
    Perform data entry on customer accounts
    Establish rapport with customers
    Provide a positive outcome for customers and clients

    Qualifications
    Professional communication and persuasion skills
    Provide outstanding customer service
    Ability to perform data entry using multiple computer databases
    A proven track record of strong performance
    Ability to strategically manage complex projects
    Proven track record of excellence and impeccable attention to detail
    Independent motivation, high integrity, and result-oriented work ethic
    Flexibility to work a variety of hours to secure unpaid debts for clients
