Core Values:

My energy is my responsibility and I commit to showing up as the best version of myself. I know the habits that cultivate the best version of me, and I step forward into them, for myself and for this team. I start open and real conversations when needed and share with care and empathy. I am a team player. I will do my part to cultivate great team synergy and a fun working environment. Attitude is a small thing that makes a big difference, and it is always my choice in every situation.
“Be the attitude you want to be around. A great attitude becomes a great day, which becomes a great month, which becomes a great year, which becomes a great life.”
I am personally responsible for my actions and will be accountable for my results. I take ownership of my successes and well as my mistakes. I do the right things for the right reasons. I take pride in who I am, my contribution and the results that I deliver. I know that what I do and how I do it matters. We are a championship team and when the ball is thrown to me, I catch it, I know my play and I run it down the field. I care, so I commit to excellence. I accept personal responsibility because that allows me the power to make changes where and when needed.
“You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself.”
My focus and energy will be on the solution, not the problem. My success is determined by my ability to find solutions. I am resilient and identify problems quickly and effectively pivot to solutions. Whatever the problem, I will be a part of the solution.
“I do not fix problems. I fix my thinking. Then problems fix themselves.”
I know who and how I show up impacts the greater team. I am committed to leaning in, bringing my best and adding value. I know my external game is driven by my internal game. Growing both personally and professionally are priorities for me. When I get better, everything I contribute to gets better. I proactively embrace goals and challenges with a ‘Can Do’ attitude. I am proud of myself and the outcomes and interactions that I create. This is game time and if I know I can do better, I commit to doing better. There’s another level with my name on it.
“You are not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Just relax. Master the day. Then just keep doing that every day.”
