Attitude is a small thing that makes a big difference, and it is always my choice in every situation.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I am personally responsible for my actions and will be accountable for my results. I take ownership of my successes and well as my mistakes. I do the right things for the right reasons. I take pride in who I am, my contribution and the results that I deliver. I know that what I do and how I do it matters. We are a championship team and when the ball is thrown to me, I catch it, I know my play and I run it down the field. I care, so I commit to excellence. I accept personal responsibility because that allows me the power to make changes where and when needed.
“You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself.”

SOLUTION MINDED
My focus and energy will be on the solution, not the problem. My success is determined by my ability to find solutions. I am resilient and identify problems quickly and effectively pivot to solutions. Whatever the problem, I will be a part of the solution.
“I do not fix problems. I fix my thinking. Then problems fix themselves.”

LEVEL UP

Growing both personally and professionally are priorities for me. When I get better, everything I contribute to gets better. I proactively embrace goals and challenges with a ‘Can Do’ attitude. I am proud of myself and the outcomes and interactions that I create. This is game time and if I know I can do better, I commit to doing better. There’s another level with my name on it.
