CENTURY 21 Blue Marlin Pelican Announces First Condo to Break Ground in PCB in 10 Years

CENTURY 21 Blue Marlin Pelican announces the Ground Breaking Ceremony and Launch Party of Calypso Tower III on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The twenty-two-story condominium will be the first condominium to be built in Panama City Beach in ten years.
Known for their resort style ambiance, Calypso Resort & Towers is a multi-phase condominium located on Front Beach Road, just east of State Road 79 in Panama City Beach. Previously, construction was completed on Towers I & II in 2006, which includes 396 units, an underground parking garage, tiki bar, lagoon pools, and 543 feet of gorgeous beachfront.

Calypso Tower III is a single tower with units having beautiful Gulf of Mexico and sunset views, and an eight-story parking garage with a convenient “walkover” to connect guests to Towers I & II and the beaches. Each unit in Tower III will have roomy balconies with spectacular views of the glistening waters of the Gulf for owners and guests to enjoy. There are several other attributes to the development of Calypso Tower III that make this one of the most unique condominium projects to ever be developed in Panama City Beach. Calypso Tower III will entail 250 executive units, consisting of two 3-bedroom plans and two 1-bedroom plans, with over-sized balconies and luxurious interiors such as granite countertops, 9-foot ceilings, and upgraded appliances. Calypso Tower III will also have a 7,000 square foot resort-style pool, a large fitness center, check-in area, and on-site rental management. The complex is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed in June 2019.
These exclusive units in Panama City Beach are being developed by Thomas Johnson and Marc Evans of Mimosa Capital, with DAG Architects and Killian Construction respectively serving as architect and general contractor.

Beginning at 4 p.m. on April 26, 2018, the Ground Breaking Ceremony and Launch Party will take place at the site of Calypso Tower III, 15900 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach. In addition to dignitaries, community leaders, and those involved with the project, the community is invited to attend. After the Ground Breaking Ceremony led by Bay County Chamber of Commerce and Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce, guests are invited to partake in property tours, enjoy light bites by Back Beach Barbecue along with beer, wine, and music by Ben Loftin.
