In addition to dignitaries, community leaders, and those involved with the project, the community is invited to attend. After the Ground Breaking Ceremony led by Bay County Chamber of Commerce and Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce, guests are invited to partake in property tours, enjoy light bites by Back Beach Barbecue along with beer, wine, and music by Ben Loftin.
