Quality Senior Living and the Panama City Beach Chamber will host a groundbreaking for Bay County’s newest Resort-Style Senior Housing Community, The Blake at Panama City Beach on Friday May 10 at 10AM. The Blake will feature a full continuum of services in richly appointed Assisted Living and Memory Care residences.
All of those options will be housed within one resort-style community. When fully occupied, the $33 million investment anticipates creating 80-100 full and part-time jobs and will become an integral part of the community.

Assisted Living residences include one and two bedroom apartments with options including a balcony or porch overlooking the courtyard. Pricing will be based on service needs and apartment selection; however, the high-end community will be affordable and competitive with other options in the area.
