Panama City Beach Chamber Launches New Brand

The Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce officially launched its new brand last at their October Business After Hours event at Capt. Anderson’s Restaurant.

Hundreds of Chamber members gathered to enjoy their typical hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and networking fun; however, they were surprised with a scavenger hunt for puzzle pieces of the new logo to win a grand prize of a 2-night stay in a beach-front condo at Majestic Beach Resort, a Dermaplane skincare treatment at Bella Day Spa, dinner for two at Capt. Anderson’s Restaurant, and two rounds of golf provided by Grand Slam Sports Tournaments. The night also included a surprise video announcement launching the Chamber’s new brand, #mypcbchamber, an unveiling of the Chamber’s new website, and complimentary koozies featuring the new logo, courtesy of The Print Center.

Director of Communications Katelyn French says that the #mypcbchamber brand is something they spent a lot of time reflecting. “When we decided to do this, we wanted to do it in a big way,” she said. “We wanted to bring our members something fresh. This is more than just new colors on a logo, or a hashtag—this is about making our Chamber yours.” President/CEO Kristopher McLane says he is thankful for the positive changes the Chamber has made and believes this evolving brand is important for their members.
