We can’t think of a better way to celebrate the 4th of July than watching fireworks on the beach! When celebrating Independence Day on Panama City Beach, there are several days of festivities for you and your family to enjoy.
After celebrating in the sun all day, be sure to check out the following events and beautiful firework displays.
July 1: Light Up the Bay Fireworks | Sheraton Bay Point Resort has a day of fun activities scheduled, ranging from an aerialist show to a ukulele orchestra performance. Guests can compete in sandcastle competitions, dive in for a movie by the pool or play a round of golf. To top it all off, a fireworks show will take place with stunning views from the resort’s private beach.
July 3: Freedom Rocks! Fireworks | Spend the afternoon shopping, listening to live music, and dining before grabbing a prime spot for the fireworks show. Firework lovers shouldn’t miss the display above the Grand Lagoon Bridge, best enjoyed with chairs and blankets on the grassy lawn at Treasure Island Marina. Fireworks begins at 9:00 pm. July 4: Veteran’s Memorial Ceremony | Honor those who have served this great nation at Veteran’s Memorial Park in Aaaron Bessant Park at 9:00 am.
July 4: Star Spangled Spectacular | Panama City Beach celebrates the 4th of July with the largest fireworks display on the Gulf Coast, as fireworks are displayed above both the Russell-Fields City Pier and M.B. July 5: Summer Concert Series: Real. Fun. Fourth. Celebration. | Concerts in the Park take place every Thursday in Panama City Beach, at Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater. In honor of Independence Day, the concert will be followed by fireworks. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, and enjoy the sounds of summer music! Coolers, food and pets are welcome.
July 5: Light Up the Gulf Fireworks Show | Celebrate Independence Day with a front row seat to the private, Light Up the Gulf Fireworks Show, at Boardwalk Beach Resort! The 12th Annual Beach Bash is an annual favorite for guests of all ages. Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m.
