Panama City Beach has passed new ordinances for 2016/2017. Some ordinances only take effect from March 1 to 31 and others are year-round. This is for informational purposes only and ordinances may change at any time based on vote from PCB City Council or Bay County Council. If you are visiting Panama City Beach, please take note of the following new ordinances passed:

Ordinance No. 15-24: PROHIBITING THE PRESENCE OF PERSONS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE ON THE PREMISES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE BEACHED AREA SPECIAL TREATMENT ZONE AFTER MIDNIGHT, EXCEPT ACTIVE DUTY PERSONNEL WITH MILITARY ID. More information.
