The Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce will host its IdeaCamp on Wednesday, August 30, from 5:30PM to 7:30PM at Barefoot Hide A Way Bar & Grill, located at 15405 Front Beach Road. The topic is “Create Your Opportunity,” and guest speakers Brian Hilario and Erica Averion will talk about what it takes to live life on your own terms, how to create opportunities for yourself, and how to be your greatest resource.
Brian Hilario lives out what it looks like to live life on your own terms, creating a “work week” of things he loves to do. Among other things, Brian is the co-founder of his own video production company, an anchor, a personal trainer, and an actor. Erica Averion, a Communication & Strategy professional, currently spends her days helping other communicate effectively, coaching, speaking, and writing for a brand and community that she’s building. She was once Dream Manager for a Forbes ranked start-up company where she led 300 employees into a work environment centered around making their dream and goals come true by creating & establishing a human resources department centered around a “Culture of Dreams.”
