You must notify the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce of your intent to return any items within 30 calendar days from when the order was postmarked. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In some rare occasions, you may receive the wrong item in your package. Please notify us immediately to resolve.
Return shipping labels do not come with any orders. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Even if you receive store credit or a refund, the cost of return shipping is still nonrefundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we can offer a store credit or a refund.
It may take 5-7 business days for your card to reflect the refund. If a credit is not showing on your account, please notify us immediately.
