Posted on: March 12, 2018
Buddy Gandy’s Seafood, a family-owned business serving Bay County, the entire FL panhandle and numerous restaurants all over the United States, is hosting a 63 year anniversary celebration on March 22, 2018 in St. Andrews.
Buddy Gandy and his brother Kenyon, began serving up a variety of seafood and providing ice to fishermen and the community six decades ago and after the brother-duo retired in 2017, a younger generation of partnership was formed between Kenyon Gandy, Jr. and Rebecca Buffington, both family and long time employees at Gandy’s. The seafood market has since undergone several changes and upgrades to include a retail market make-over, the addition of a steam bar and more!
Kenyon and Rebecca are inviting the public to come celebrate a Grand Re-opening of Buddy Gandy’s Seafood from 4:00 – 8:00 pm, on Thursday, March 22nd to include a ribbon cutting with Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce, live music by Black and Tan, good times, samples of their homemade dips and steamed shrimp plus tasty crawfish cooked by the History Channel’s Swamp People TV Star, Chase Landry. There will also be drawings for door prizes!
You don’t want to miss the great fun and amazing seafood so spread the word in the community and join the Buddy Gandy Seafood family for this wonderful celebration at 3004 W Hwy 98 in Panama City, across from St. Andrews Baptist Church.
