Resia Selects Bay County, FL for New Manufacturing Operations

The Bay Economic Development Alliance, an agent of the Bay County Commission (Bay EDA), announced today that Resia, formerly known as AHS Residential, will be establishing a manufacturing operation in Bay County, Florida. Resia headquartered in Miami, Florida, is an award-winning, vertically integrated real estate company that specializes in developing, building, and managing high-quality multifamily communities across the United States.

Resia has a property management team, a land acquisition division, and in-house design and construction team that includes a full staff of architects, engineers, and project managers.

Based in South Florida, Resia currently has more than 5,000 units under development in fast-growing metros in Florida, Texas, Georgia, and has plans for Colorado, D.C., and Arizona. The company intends to deliver 8,000 new apartment units annually by 2025.

The company is in negotiations to build the factory on a site in VentureCrossings Enterprise Centre.
