SweetBay Passes 200 Home Sale Milestone

SweetBay Passes 200 Home Sale Milestone

The SweetBay Community achieved an important milestone – our 200th home sale! The development team is excited to see the community take shape. Marketing Director for the SweetBay community Holly Pituch said, “We are thrilled to see the SweetBay community grow as quickly as it has. Whether it’s the community feel, the amenities, our top performing school – University Academy, access to the bay or the walkability of the community, there are many reasons people are proud to call SweetBay home.”

In the weeks after Hurricane Michael, Sweetbay was proud to host more than 2000 linemen who helped restore power to thousands in Bay County as well as hosting the National Guard, State EOC, debris contractors, and hundreds of volunteer relief workers who came to the area to offer support. In addition to creating new homes the developers have planted over 950 trees in the community and will continue to help re-tree PC as the community expands into new phases.

Plans are in process for new phases that could include multi-family residential and new model homes as developers continue to work on plans for a Town Center and marina. There is a lot of excitement for great things to come as SweetBay celebrates its 200th sale and looks ahead to a bright future.
